Genuine Dexter® complete hub and hub-drum kits from Southwest Wheel® replace the wheel end on Dexter trailer axles from 2,000 lbs. through 27,000 lbs. Choose an idler hub for an unbraked axle or a hub-drum when the trailer uses electric or hydraulic drum brakes. Dexter machines nearly all hubs and hub-drums in Albion, Indiana.

Match capacity, bolt circle, stud size, drum size, seal, and inner/outer bearing numbers before ordering. Grease hubs and oil hubs are not interchangeable without the correct cap, seal, and spindle setup. After installation, set bearing preload to Dexter specifications and torque the lug nuts to the wheel manufacturer’s rating.
