By placing an order over the phone or internet the customer agrees to all stated shipment policies.

 

SOUTHWEST WHEEL® has a large sales staff.  For your benefit please record the name of the salesman when placing your order or seeking information.

SOUTHWEST WHEEL® ships product to any of the contiguous 48 United States.

SOUTHWEST WHEEL® only accepts credit cards with US or Canadian billing addresses in the United States and Canada.  This includes Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, or PayPal.

SOUTHWEST WHEEL® ships in the US by FedEx Ground (1-4 days) and FedEx Freight (1-5 days).

We strive to ship ground orders that do not require assembly ship within 2 working days. Ground orders that require assembly (wheels/tires, axles, torsion axles, etc.) will take 2-5 working days depending on previously scheduled assemblies and complexity of order.

Some products may be disassembled to meet shipping weight requirements by FedEx Ground, Home Delivery, or Express.

FedEx Freight will be shipped to the closest terminal for your pickup unless specified as a commercial address with a loading dock or fork lift.

The day after your item has shipped is day one of the shipment.  Days are referred to as business days.  Saturday and Sunday are not business days.

An order shipped next day air on Friday will be received on Monday.  An order shipped 2nd day air on Friday will be received on Tuesday.

SOUTHWEST WHEEL® does not ship to Freight Forwarders, P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.  We will require a physical address.

If an item is ordered online and is out of stock for any reason, a representative will email you with an order status.  SOUTHWEST WHEEL® is not responsible for emails that get stuck in spam boxes, are not opened, or do not reach the final destination. 

SOUTHWEST WHEEL® will send tracking numbers from the FedEx tracking system and a second follow up from the SOUTHWEST WHEEL® ordering system via the email you have provided.

SOUTHWEST WHEEL® insures every package.  Any shipment discrepancies must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of the product.  SOUTHWEST WHEEL® will not be responsible for costs associated with any expense beyond 72 hours.

SOUTHWEST WHEEL® does not authorize signature for delivery unless specified by customer.  Carriers at their own discretion may change signature release depending on the insured value of the merchandise.

SOUTHWEST WHEEL® is not responsible for lost time or cost associated with any freight carrier losing or damaging a product.

If you wish to cancel your order please notify SOUTHWEST WHEEL® by 2:00pm CST the same day as order only by telephone (do not email) be sure to record the name of the salesman.  Customer will be responsible for freight charges to and from the shipping address if cancelled beyond this time frame.

Free shipment items will have a designated shipping method.  These items will not be upgraded during checkout.  If you add an item with a free shipping item, you will be charged for the freight of that item.

The customer is responsible for freight on any returned package.  Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee after 30 days.  All electronic items are non returnable but are warrantable if package is opened. All electronic items will have a 15% restocking fee.  All free shipping items will have a 15% restocking fee. Returns may be refused if product has been used, damaged, or custom built.  Any item after 30 days will need written approval to be returned.  Returns require a return authorization number and a copy of the original invoice.  SOUTHWEST WHEEL® has the right to reverse any freight charges and fees.

NEVER refuse a shipment for ANY reason.  Customer will be charged freight to and from location. 

If any item is shipped incorrectly or has incurred damage please contact SOUTHWEST WHEEL® immediately and SOUTHWEST WHEEL® will correct the problem in the same manner originally specified.  If an item was ordered FedEx ground, SOUTHWEST WHEEL® will ship by FedEx ground. This does not include Saturday or Sunday shipments.

SOUTHWEST WHEEL® is not responsible for any lost time or costs due to a mis-delivery, mis-shipment, or damaged product.
