User Consent to Privacy Policy

Information Collected from Users

SOUTHWEST WHEEL® collects the email addresses of Users that sign up for our newsletter or emails a question or comment to SOUTHWEST WHEEL®. SOUTHWEST WHEEL® also collects the billing and shipping addresses, including relevant email, phone and credit card numbers and expiration dates of Users who purchase a product from SOUTHWEST WHEEL® through the Site. This includes Users who register for a SOUTHWEST WHEEL® account. SOUTHWEST WHEEL® does not store a User's credit card information, credit card information must be re-entered each time an item is purchased.

Cookies

Sale or Acquisition

In the event that another company acquires SOUTHWEST WHEEL® or all or part of its assets, we reserve the right to include Information among the assets transferred to the acquiring company.

Applicable Law/International Issues
