Return Window

You may return most new, unused, and resalable items within 30 days of delivery.

Easy & Fair Returns

  • No restocking fees on new, unused items returned in original packaging
  • Items must be returned in original condition with all hardware and packaging

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service team at 1-800-866-3336 or email us to request an RMA number.
  2. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of your shipping box.
  3. Ship your return to:

Return Shipping

  • We provide prepaid return shipping labels for shipped incorrect items.
  • For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions

  • Custom-built axles, cut-to-length items, and special-order products are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Opened chemical products (grease, paint, etc.) and used electrical components may not be eligible for return.
