At Southwest Wheel, your satisfaction is our priority. Most new, unused, and resalable items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Here is how returns work.

Return window

• Returns are accepted only when the purchase date is within the last 30 days.
• Outside the 30-day window, an RMA cannot be submitted online. If the item is defective, call 1-800-866-3336.

What can and can't be returned

• New, unused, and resalable items in original condition with all hardware and packaging.

Non-returnable

• Custom-built axles
• Cut-to-length items
• Special-order products

May not be eligible

• Opened chemicals (grease, paint)
• Used electrical components

How to request an RMA

Email [email protected] with:

• Contact: Name, company (if any), email, and phone.
• Order: Order or invoice number and purchase date.
• Items: SKU, quantity, and description of each item to return.
• Reason: Wrong item shipped, defective or damaged, change of mind, or other, with details.
• Condition: New and unused, in original packaging, with all hardware included.
• Ship-from: Name, phone, and address.

Sending a request does not issue an RMA number. We review each request and email an RMA number if it is approved. Do not ship until you have an RMA number.

How to ship a return

1. Return the item in original condition with all hardware and packaging.
2. Mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
3. Ship approved returns to: SOUTHWEST WHEEL®, 4809 S. Westmoreland Rd., Dallas, TX 75237.

• Prepaid return labels are provided when we shipped the wrong item.
• Change-of-mind returns: the customer pays return freight.

Refunds and restocking

• Restocking: No restocking fees on new, unused items returned in original packaging.
• Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after inspection.

Warranty vs. return

A return is for new, unused items within 30 days of purchase. A defect found after the 30-day window is a warranty question, not a return. Call 1-800-866-3336 or email [email protected].

Limited warranties:

• Torflex suspension components: 10 years.
• Sprung axles and genuine replacement parts: 5 years.
• Seals: 1 year.
• Electric and hydraulic brake actuators: 2 years.
• Predator brake controllers: 7 years.
