Dexter® 3K Hub-Drum Kit

Shop genuine Dexter® 3K hub-drum kits at Southwest Wheel® for 3,000 lb. electric-brake trailer axles. These OEM hub-drums replace a worn or cracked 3K drum so the magnet and shoes have a true braking surface. Listed kits use a 5 on 4.50" bolt circle, 1/2"-20 studs, and a 1.718" seal, with either a standard grease cap or an E-Z Lube® cap.

Do not mix a 3K hub-drum with a 3.5K 10" x 2-1/4" drum. Confirm axle rating and cap style before ordering. After install, set Dexter bearing preload, adjust the 3K electric brakes, and torque the lug nuts to the wheel manufacturer’s spec.
