Description

The AlumaLite™ aluminum drop hitch with dual ball balances strength with weight savings to make towing and leveling a trailer easier than ever. The lightweight billet aluminum makes handling and installation of the shank straightforward and simple. The shank allows for 7-1/2" of drop in precise, 1" increments, making raising or lowering the 2" or 2-5/16" ball convenient and easy. The AlumaLite aluminum drop hitch is also universally compatible with a 2" x 2" hitch receiver with 5/8" hitch pin holes.

A drop hitch is essential for towing any trailer with a differing height than the tow vehicle. An imbalanced trailer can lead to improper weight distribution and cause the vehicle-trailer connection to sag or lift, which can lead to trailer sway and result in an accident.
