Rear conversion kit for 2003-Current Dodge trucks with four seventeen-inch X42786 wheel. Width: 4.5 inches. Red bottle pictured is Loctite. Includes extra nuts. Red tube pictured is a reamer, that will be used if using aluminum wheels. Will work on 4x2 & 4x4 trucks. Sold in Pairs. 5/8" Studs.  Steel Dual Wheels will require use of reamer tool on the stud holes to fit the 5/8" stud of the adapter.
