Dexter® 7" Electric Brake Assemblies

Genuine Dexter® 7" electric brake assemblies from Southwest Wheel® are complete OEM backing-plate units for 2,000 lb. and 2,200 lb. trailer axles. Each assembly includes the backing plate, shoes and lining, magnet, springs, and hardware so you can bolt it to the axle flange and connect the wiring without rebuilding the old brake.

Match the assembly to the left or right side and whether you need a parking brake lever. Replace brakes in pairs on the same axle so both wheels apply evenly. Confirm your drum is 7" x 1-1/4" before ordering; 7" brakes are not interchangeable with 10" assemblies.
