an age we live in. I had an old trailer, that came with a
Sears 12' fishing boat package 40 years ago, with one broken
24" slip spring and one bent one. The local camping
supply store didn't have the right size, and suggested a local
welding shop. They didn't either, but said thay had
something close and could cobble up a couple of new pins onto the
trailer to make it work. I was ready to go with that, but
before commiting thought I'd just Google "trailer
springs." Yours wasn't the first site to pop up, but
close, and by far the easiest to sort through. Your springs
were well indexed, and Shazam, you had just what I was looking
for. The new set came within a few days, and fit that old
trailer like water in a pail. It is always an act of faith
to order from a company half a country away that you never heard
of based on pretty picture on a flat screen in your den.

like to take a moment to thank you guys for your quick service and
also the helpful gentleman who took my phone order on Tuesday. I
received my new Prodigy brake control yesterday morning exactly 48
hours after placing the order. It arrived on time and in good
condition. I actually had the unit nicely installed and operational
in our new Toyota Tundra about 30 minutes later. The OEM style cable
you provided sure made the installation a breeze! And then, it
almost seemed as though Toyota had designed a little alcove space
just below and right of the ignition switch to accomodate a brake
control. This makes for a really nice out-of-the way flush
installation. Another big plus factor is the fact that the control
is in line-of-sight making it easy to monitor while driving. Check

was replacing an old rusted out Chevy rear end that was under a
utility trailer that I have been rebuilding. Your shop had

and shipping of a hitch that my wife got for me. My wife found a
nice class 1 hitch on your site and ordered it for me as I didn't
have the time to mess with getting it done but needed the hitch.
From what she has told me your staff was nice and professional when
she called to ask about a delay in the shipping. The delay was
because of FedEx and was dealt with as such from our end. The person
that she was dealing with from Southwest Wheel looked into the
problem and was nice enough to give a nice call back to see if the
problem could be corrected or if another hitch needed to be sent
out. Since the delay was not of your doing there was no need for you
to send another one and we took up the issue with FedEx to get it
solved. I just installed the hitch today and was impressed with the
quality and fit of it! I have since made sure to turn fellow
employees and friends on to your site. Your price was very fair and
service was top notch! Your site will be the first one that comes to
mind and out of mouth when this subject comes up (witch is often
since I am a mechanic by trade and live in the backwoods of
