User Consent to Privacy

of an automated device or program, shall be considered a
"User." All Users are bound by the terms and conditions of
this Privacy Policy. Users consent to the collection, use, and

Information Collected
from Users
Southwest Wheel collects
the email addresses of Users that sign up for our newsletter or
emails a question or comment to Southwest Wheel. Southwest Wheel
also collects the billing and shipping addresses, including relevant
email, phone and credit card numbers and expiration dates of Users
who purchase a product from Southwest Wheel through the Site. This
includes Users who register for a Southwest Wheel account. Southwest
Wheel does not store a User's credit card information, credit card
information must be re-entered each time an item is purchased.

"cookies" (For more information regarding Cookies, see
below), Southwest Wheel may collect and store information relating
to a User’s browsing activity, including, for instance, the User's
browser version, site referral information, IP address, operating
system, and other technical Site use information.
Cookies
The Site uses a feature

faith belief that we are required to do so by law or legal process,
to respond to claims, or to protect the rights, property or safety
of Southwest Wheel or others. Southwest Wheel may disclose

The Southwest
Wheel Site is not directed towards children under 13 years of
age and Southwest Wheel does not knowingly collect any information
from children under 13 years of age through the Site.

card information that is submitted to Southwest Wheel. When Users
place orders or access their account information, the Site uses

with RapidSSL, ScanAlert (HackerSafe), and Authorize.net.
Southwest Wheel provides you with a method of independently
authenticating the identity and security of your connection. No
system is perfect; therefore, Southwest Wheel makes no
representations or warranties with regard to the sufficiency of
these security measures. Southwest Wheel will not be responsible for
any actual or consequential damages resulting from the inability to
comply with this Privacy Policy due to a security breach or
technical malfunction.
Sale or Acquisition
In the event that
another company acquires Southwest Wheel or all or part of its
assets, we reserve the right to include Information among the assets
transferred to the acquiring company.
