About Southwest Wheel Shipping

Southwest Wheel ships products to any of the contiguous 48 United States and the lower Canadian 8 provinces by various shipping methods that can come from either of our  two branches.  As a customer in the United State you can choose from FedEx Standard Next Day Air, FedEx 2nd Day Air, FedEx Express Saver (3rd Day), FedEx Ground, or Con-way LTL hold at dock.  As a customer in Canada you can choose from FedEx Intl Express, FedEx Intl Economy, and FedEx ground.  All duties, fees, and taxes will be included with your transaction.  You can determine the freight charges by selecting the add to cart button on any product listed online.  Once you have selected your product, you are then taken to a shipping quote manager that will ask for your zip code and it will provide the available shipping methods with pricing.  From there you can complete your order or continue shopping.  When your order is shipped you will receive an email with complete tracking information.   If you do not receive this email please email sales@southwestwheel.com with your order number and we will issue you the tracking numbers.  Southwest Wheel does insure every package and it is up to the customer to report any damage immediately or the following morning to the carrier and then to Southwest Wheel.  Southwest Wheel does not authorize signature for delivery unless specified to do so by the customer.  Southwest Wheel is not responsible for lost time or cost associated with any freight carrier losing or damaging a product.  Results of canceling a shipment after it has been shipped will result in you being charged to and from the shipping address.  If you wish to cancel your order please notify Southwest Wheel by 2:00pm  CST so we have time to comply with your request.

FedEx Standard Next Day Air,  FedEx 2nd Day Air, and FedEx Express Saver shipping methods www.fedex.com

Southwest Wheel works hard to get every package out fast and on time.  With Southwest Wheel's express shipments any order placed before 2:00pm central standard time Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day.  Orders placed after 2:00pm Friday-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday baring any holiday closing.  Orders will be delivered Monday-Friday and will resume the following Monday.  FedEx Standard Next Day Air will not result in Saturday delivery.  If Southwest Wheel is out of stock of any item you will be contacted immediately by phone or email to inform your product will not arrive at the desired time.  

FedEx Ground www.fedex.com

Southwest Wheel's preferred ground shipping method is FedEx Ground.  By selecting this shipping method your order should ship within 48 hours Monday-Friday, orders placed over the weekend will begin shipping the following Monday.  The average shipping time for ground shipping is 3-5 working days and Canada 5-10 working days.

Con-Way LTL Hold at Dock www.con-way.com

When it comes to the heavy loads Southwest Wheel will ship by Con-Way LTL Freight.  We ship to any Con-Way dock in the contiguous 48 states.  You can find a listing of these docks by going to www.con-way.com.  Southwest Wheel can, if requested by the customer, ship to any free standing commercial address with a loading dock and/or a forklift.  Most LTL orders ship within 48 hours and generally take 2-4 working days.  Any shortages or damage must be noted at the time of pickup or delivery on the bill of lading.  Please call or email if you have any questions regarding this shipping method.

Return Policy / Incorrect Shipment

Any product may be returned within 60 days if it is in the original condition and packaging and has not been mounted or used.  Please include a copy of your invoice with any return stating "Return for Credit".  Returns are subject to inspection.  In the case of a incorrect shipment as a direct result of Southwest Wheel's error please contact us via email sales@southwestwheel.com or phone 1-800-866-3336 and we will correct the shipment.  Any discrepancies about a shipment will need to be reported within 72 hours of receipt of the product.  Southwest Wheel will not be responsible for any cost associated with any expense beyond this 72 hours.
